Around the World

Lots of flags can be red, white, and blue!

And trains? They go choo-choo-choo.

Cows chewing grass in the field, they say moo.

There’s so much in the world to do!

Cars come in all colors – lots of black, white, and gray.

Horses, goats, and sheep eat hay.

Flowers bloom mostly in spring;

Isn’t Earth a wonderful thing?

If you’ve been to New York, you’ve seen the Empire State,

If you’ve ever had gelato, you’ve tried an Italian plate!

Have you ever seen the Taj Mahal?

Or Canada’s Niagara Falls?

The polar bears all walk on ice,

So keeping the Earth cool would be nice!

Thailand makes its food with lots of spice.

And you know who likes cheese? Mice!

The world is wide and varied,

Lots of people are single, others are married.

It’s good to appreciate diversity;

It makes us interesting, certainly!
